Walking by your side, creating a path toward healing
Born and raised in San Francisco, I have a lived experience of the city’s cultural diversity and its challenges.
As a mixed-race therapist and LGBTQIA+ community member, I create an inclusive and affirming space for all identities. My pronouns are she/her.
My background in the tech industry gives me insight into high-pressure environments, including burnout and work-life balance.
I integrate academic training, cultural empathy, and personal growth to provide tailored care.
I’m a graduate of a Master’s program in Counseling Psychology and currently practicing under supervision as a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee.
Together, we’ll foster self-awareness, meaningful connections, and actionable growth.
