You may be successful, capable, and functioning well in most areas of life yet relationships with family, a partner, or the aftermath of betrayal can leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure what to do next. I work with individuals and couples navigating family estrangement, difficult parents, low contact or no contact, boundaries with family and in-laws, relationship conflict, and repair after infidelity.

My approach is direct, thoughtful, and practical. I do not assume that reconciliation or estrangement is always the answer. Instead, we look closely at the relationship patterns, communication, emotional impact, and boundaries involved so you can make decisions that are clear, intentional, and sustainable.

For couples, I help with conflict around parents and in-laws, loyalty and boundary issues, rebuilding trust after infidelity, communication breakdowns, and deciding how to move forward after a rupture. Infidelity does not have to automatically mean the end of a relationship. This is a space to understand what happened, address the injury, and move forward.
